RICHMOND VOLUNTEER FAIR – THURSDAY 6 JUNE 2019

RICHMOND VOLUNTEER FAIR – THURSDAY 6 JUNE 2019

RICHMOND VOLUNTEER FAIRTHURSDAY 6 JUNE 2019
“…excellent event for volunteers, organisations and networking…”

The popular Richmond Volunteer Fair returns in June and you can register for your free place now.
If you have a little spare time and are looking for a new challenge, our borough has a huge range of charities, causes and organisations that rely on the time and enthusiasm of volunteers.

From history to horses, listening to Lego, reading to running – you might be surprised at the variety of opportunities that exist to help others. The Richmond Volunteer Fair will showcase over 40 local charities and not for profit organisations and it’s a great chance to get a taste of the wide-ranging support that volunteers provide in the borough. Stallholders will be ready and waiting to provide ideas and inspiration to help individuals get started on their ideal volunteering experience.

Browse what’s on offer at the Fair and talk to both staff and volunteers from local organisations. They will be able to share information on the activities and opportunities they are involved in and help you on your way to finding a rewarding new role.

Last year’s event welcomed over 300 visitors. It’s free to visit and will take place on Thursday 6 June, from 2pm to 6pm, at Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College (RHACC), Parkshot, Richmond. For more information and to book tickets, visit the Richmond Volunteer Fair 2019 Eventbrite page.
This event is organised by Richmond CVS, who run the Community Connections Richmond volunteer service, in partnership with RHACC.
